[e]xpositio: A turning point in the narrative

Here’s a bookmark in time that says, I acknowledge something has changed.

You can tell when someone reaches a turning point in his or her life when something as steady as a personal site undergoes change. Specifically, a title change.

Here’s my bookmark in time that says, I acknowledge something has changed. It’s time I stopped imagining that my blog is a mishmash of bullshit, and fully owned my position as a writer and commentator on all types of things.

Hence, [e]xpositio. The word itself is Latin, and it’ll be familiar to you if you know the word exposition. Meaning thus:

  1. exposition, exhibition
  2. narration
  3. definition, explanation.

This site is all of the above, left behind me as I carve my way through the waters of life. In its wake you find my writings. And given there are a lot of them (over 500 posts now), I reduced the whole pages to excerpts. Find what you want, sift things more easily. It feels close to perfect.

All I need now is a good profile pic. If any photographers I know come to Adelaide any time, hit me up. I need some good headshots that aren’t work-related.
